The retreat is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels who share an interest in tennis, Pilates, and overall wellness. Whether you are a solo traveler (around 70% of guests travel alone), a couple, or a small group, the program can be tailored to meet your goals.


No, all levels and abilities are welcome. The certified coaches and instructors adapt each session to your experience level, from complete beginner to advanced.


Packages typically include luxury accommodation, all meals (often chef-prepared and nutritionally dense), daily group classes and activities (tennis coaching, Pilates sessions, wellness talks), and use of on-site facilities. Airport transfers might be included if you arrive on recommended flights; otherwise, they can be arranged for an additional fee.


Flights, comprehensive travel insurance (which is mandatory), extra spa treatments/massages, and additional excursions or alcoholic drinks are usually not included in the base price.


Yes, you can typically book extra services such as private coaching sessions (tennis or Pilates), physiotherapy, spa treatments, and aesthetic treatments for an additional cost.


Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and should be arranged at the time of booking to cover any cancellations or unforeseen circumstances. 


You can definitely come alone, and many guests do. Our retreats offer single occupancy (extra supplement may apply) or you can opt to share a room with another same-sex solo traveler.


Flights are not included. Airport transfers are included on specific arrival days/times. Please check your confirmed itinerary pack for further information.


A detailed packing list will be provided before your arrival. Generally, you should pack comfortable fitness clothing for both tennis and Pilates, sports shoes, swimwear, and light layers for the evening. You should also bring your own tennis racquet, as it is a personal piece of equipment. 


Expect seasonal, chef-prepared, and nourishing meals designed to give you an authentic culinary experience. Our retreats focus on healthy, balanced options and can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.


Our retreats focus on overall health and well-being, so alcohol options will only be served at mealtimes.


Please notify us in advance. Minor injuries can often be accommodated with modifications to exercises, but it is important to be cleared by your doctor for physical activity. Please take out relevant travel insurance for your protection.


Participation in all classes and excursions is optional. The itinerary is designed to provide balance, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and engage in what feels right for you.


Yes, plenty of downtime is scheduled each day to allow for rest, relaxation, or booking additional treatments.


A typical day often includes a minimum of one Pilates sessions and two hours of tennis coaching, with additional time for match play or personal practice.
